Question What happens if my item is out of stock?
AnswerIf an item(s) selected on your order is out of stock, a notification will be sent to the email address provided when we restock it.
Many Bigalli products are limited edition and will not restock after quantities run out on our website. We do our best to provide a broad variety of options for our customers. Therefore, while some of our styles in headwear will carry over from season to season, they may come in different colors or fabrics.
We do offer restocking email notifications for out of stock products, but there is no guarantee that out of stock products will be restocked.
Question How do I determine my hat size?
All of Bigalli’s Men’s and Women’s headwear sizing are based upon the measurements indicated below. To pick your appropriate hat size, measure around your head where you would like the base or brim of the hat to sit in inches or centimeters. If you do not have a soft measuring tape, you can use a piece of string or fabric to then lay against a ruler or standard measuring tape for reference.
Please note that the fit of each hat may vary slightly due to hat style, material, brim stiffness, etc. There is no “correct” fit or way to wear our hats, as this is based on personal preference. Every individual will have a unique size and shaped head and we offer a range of sizes & styles to accommodate this.
At this time, Bigalli does not sell hat resizers, nor do we offer any hat customization.

Question How do I store/care for my Bigalli hat?
AnswerTo keep your Bigalli hat in optimal condition and prevent fading, store felt and straw headwear out of direct sunlight (fading will occur if colored felt is exposed to sunlight over time). Stuff the crown of your hat with tissue paper to keep the brim supported when storing over a long period of time.
Some hat brims may bend or warp if not hung up or kept on a flat surface. Felt and straw hats can be re-shaped using steam, however we suggest locating a professional to assist you before trying this at home.
Spot clean your hat with a cloth, dampened with warm water if it becomes soiled. Please do not use any harsh, cleaning chemicals as this may damage the original quality of the hat. Allow to air dry by placing it in an open space. Please do not dry hats by putting in the dryer or using high heat, as this may also damage the quality of the hat.
We do not recommend dry cleaning your hat as some interlinings and brims may become distorted.
Bigalli will not be held responsible for replacing hats that are damaged by water, sunlight, soiling or other wear & tear issues caused by the owner.

AnswerWe make every effort to ship your hat(s) within 24 business hours of the receipt of your order. Some items may take longer. We will contact you by email if your order will be held up.
Our packages are shipped via FedEx Ground. This service will take 3-5 business days to deliver your package. We do offer Next Day Air and 2nd Day Air Service for an additional fee. Shipping fees are assessed depending on the hat (s) ordered and apply to the continental USA addresses only. Additional fees may be assessed for shipping into Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories. Question Do you accept international orders?
AnswerDue to banking and postal restrictions, we are currently only able to ship to a limited number of foreign countries. If you place an order we will email you the availability of shipping as well as shipping charges. The recipient is responsible for any customs charges or taxes.
Question Can I order hats that are not disaplayed on your website?
AnswerYes! Please email us requests for styles that you are looking for and we will send you pricing, a picture if possible, and availability. Some special orders may not be returnable. If this applies to your order we will let you know in advance.
Question Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?
Need a bunch of hats, or are you looking for that special one of a kind hat?
We would be happy to assist you in finding exactly what you’re looking for. We give discounts for bulk ordering (generally 27 or more hats) and can find you hats that might not be featured on our site. Question How do I return an item?
AnswerIf you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return your order to the warehouse for a refund within 8 days. Returns must be unworn, in the state you received them and in the original packaging. (Please note, you will not be refunded for the original shipping cost if you return the hat).
Question What do I do if my item arrives damaged?
AnswerCustomer service will gladly assist you with a return or exchange of any item purchased on the Bigalli website if it arrives damaged or defective (inventory limitations may apply).
We may require you to send images of the damage or further information. In some cases, we may request that you return the defective product to us before a replacement is sent out to you. Replacements will be provided at the discretion of Bigalli.
For damaged or defective items purchased through one of our retailers, please contact the retailer directly.
Question How long does it take for me to get a refund?
AnswerOnce we receive your return, please allow up to 7-12 business days for us to process your request. When your return has been processed, you will receive an e-mail notification that your refund was processed back to your original method of payment. Depending on your bank, a refund back to your original method of payment may take approximately 5-7 business days to post to your account. Please note that we do not refund any original shipping costs you may have incurred.
